Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

Send an email to rintikjaya@gmail.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.

Please include sufficient details to identify your records, such as the name, email address, contact number or company name used during your enquiry, plus a brief description of the relevant enquiry, conversation or order. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or identity documents unless we explain a specific, secure verification need.

Identity and record verification

We may ask for reasonable verification that the request comes from the person concerned or an authorised representative before deleting information.

What happens next

We will review the request, confirm the records we control and delete or anonymise eligible information. Some records may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, accounting, tax, security, fraud prevention, contractual obligations or dispute resolution. If so, we will explain the relevant reason.

Third-party services

RINTIK JAYA can act only on information it controls. If you want information held independently by Meta, Facebook, WhatsApp or another third-party service to be deleted, you may also need to submit a request directly to that provider.
