This policy explains how we handle personal information when you contact us about our services.
2. Information we receive
You may voluntarily provide your name, company name, email address, contact number, enquiry details, product or service requirements, order information and any messages or documents that you choose to share. We request delivery or service-location information only where it is relevant to an actual order or service arrangement.
Basic website operation and security may involve technical records such as access time, device or browser details, IP-related security data and request logs maintained by our hosting or security providers.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, clarify product or service details, coordinate with authorised business partners or suppliers, assist with genuine orders and follow-up matters, protect our website, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Pricing and order commitments require confirmation by the responsible parties.
The enquiry form on this website opens your own email application with a draft message. The website does not currently submit that form to an online customer database.
4. Service providers and third parties
Our website is hosted using a third-party web infrastructure provider. If you contact RINTIK JAYA through Facebook or WhatsApp, your use of those services is also subject to Meta's applicable privacy terms. The WhatsApp link on this website opens your own messaging application; it does not itself activate an automated messaging system. Any future WhatsApp Business Platform integration will be subject to its terms and appropriate disclosures when activated.
Information may be shared as necessary with authorised suppliers or service providers to respond to an enquiry or fulfil an order. We do not sell personal information.
5. Storage, retention and security
We retain business and customer records only for a reasonable period consistent with their purpose and applicable legal, tax, accounting, dispute or security obligations. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, although no online system can guarantee absolute security.
